A romantic cropped blouse with an open back, that is as simple as it is intricate. Features a ruffled neckline and puffed sleeves. Has ties in the back to help keep the sleeves in place - but can also be worn off shoulder if you untie them. 

Made out of a Japanese floral printed cotton poplin.
